Plastic Raw Material

Our terminal blocks and connectors are injection-molded from virgin raw material-grade modified reinforced engineering plastics including PC and PA66. All raw materials have passed the Constant 85℃ / 85% RH damp heat test, and their mechanical strength and corrosion resistance fully comply with the relevant IEC and EN standards.

Material Strength

All Shengling Arbolsol products are made with 100% virgin raw materials, passing multiple strict quality screenings and proven by long-term market practice.

The retaining clips of our terminal blocks boast excellent elasticity, high durability and resistance to breakage.

In contrast, clips produced with recycled materials or blended recycled materials feature a short mechanical lifespan and are highly prone to fracture and failure.

Flame Retardant

All materials used in Shengling Arbolsol products adopt UL94 V-0 grade high-efficiency flame-retardant formula. They feature excellent properties including self-extinguishing, no molten drips and non-flame-propagation. In the event of electrical faults, they can effectively prevent distribution boxes from being ignited and eliminate the risk of electrical fires at the source.

Metal Contact

Shengling Arbolsol terminal blocks and connectors are equipped with connecting bars made of nickel‑plated pure copper.

Compared with traditional brass, this material delivers stronger corrosion resistance and better temperature rise control.

The wire clamping springs adopt custom high-strength springs with enhanced elasticity and excellent resistance to metal fatigue, providing more stable and reliable clamping performance.

Structure Design

Crafted from high-quality raw materials and designed with scientific structural engineering, our terminal blocks deliver a pull force test result of over 100N, far exceeding the 50N industry standard. This effectively prevents wires from disconnecting during installation or vibration, eliminating poor electrical contact and electric shock risks.
